[메디파나뉴스 = 박으뜸 기자] 건강보험심사평가원의 급성기 뇌졸중 적정성 평가에서 전국 112개 의료기관이 1등급을 받았다. 1등급 기관은 전국 모든 권역에 분포해 지역 내 급성기 뇌졸중 의료서비스 기반이 마련된 것으로 나타났다.심평원은 30일 2024년(11차) 급성기 뇌졸중 적정성 평가 결과를 공개했다. 이번 평가는 지난해 10월부터 올해 3월까지 종합병원 이상 268개 의료기관에서 증상 발생 후 7일 이내 응급실을 통해 입원한 급성기 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 실시됐다.심평원은 2006년부터 급성기 뇌졸중 적정성 평가를 시행해 왔

Grade 1 institutions are distributed across all regions of the country, indicating that a foundation for medical services for acute stroke within each region has been established. On the 30th, HIRA released the results of the 2024 (11th) appropriateness evaluation for acute stroke. This evaluation was conducted on acute stroke patients admitted through the emergency room within seven days of symptom onset at 268 medical institutions, including general hospitals and above, from October of last year to March of this year. HIRA has been conducting the appropriateness evaluation for acute stroke since 2006.
