Yeah, more than a year already. At first I loved it. No more traffic jams, no more getting up early to catch the train. But to be honest, it's starting to bother me now.

The biggest problem is that I can't separate work and personal life anymore. My desk is in the living room, and I notice that I still check my email in the evenings.

That's also difficult. Small things you sort out at the office in two minutes now take much more effort.

You have to schedule a meeting for something you could have just asked at someone's desk. And I really miss the social side.

Those chats by the coffee machine, a spontaneous lunch together — that's gone completely.

There's talk about it, but it's all taking quite a long time. What I do myself now is go to a coworking space twice a week. That helps a lot.
