Sí, desde enero. Al principio me encantaba. Me ahorraba casi dos horas de transporte al día y podía organizar mi tiempo como quisiera.

Yes, since January. At first I loved it. I saved almost two hours of commuting a day and I could organise my time however I wanted.

Well, to begin with, I find it really hard to separate work from my personal life. Since the computer is always there, in the living room, I end up answering emails at ten at night.

Mi pareja ya me ha dicho varias veces que necesito poner límites.

My partner has already told me several times that I need to set boundaries.

That happens to a lot of people. And how is communication with the team going?

Ahí es donde más se nota. En la oficina, podías resolver cualquier duda en dos minutos acercándote a la mesa de alguien.

That's where you notice it most. At the office, you could sort out any question in two minutes by walking over to someone's desk.

Ahora todo es por mensaje o videollamada, y a veces tardas horas en conseguir una respuesta. Además, se pierde esa parte social que a mí me gustaba mucho.

Now everything is by message or video call, and sometimes it takes hours to get a reply. Plus, you lose that social side that I used to really enjoy.

¿Y tu empresa no se ha planteado un modelo híbrido?

And hasn't your company considered a hybrid model?

Lo están estudiando, pero aún no hay nada concreto. Lo que sí han hecho es alquilar un espacio de coworking para los que quieran ir un par de días a la semana.

They're looking into it, but there's nothing concrete yet. What they have done is rent a coworking space for those who want to go in a couple of days a week.

Yo he empezado a ir los martes y jueves, y la verdad es que noto la diferencia.

I've started going on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and honestly I can tell the difference.

Me alegro. Yo creo que el futuro está en encontrar un equilibrio. Ni todo en casa ni todo en la oficina.
