The conversations at the coffee machine, the jokes during the lunch break, that kind of spontaneous interaction that made you feel part of a group. All that has disappeared.

Eso es un tema delicado. Tengo la impresión de que quien va a la oficina todos los días tiene más visibilidad con los responsables.

El año pasado ascendieron a un compañero que hacía menos que yo, pero que siempre estaba físicamente presente.
